Hey, if I’m just way off base here,  doesn’t Ewan Dobson fingerpick?

Well, not here, he’s using a flatpick.

Yea, I know, it doesn’t much matter.

But he does at times use his other fingers to grab notes.

What kills me here is his left hand-

yea his right hand technique is awesome but that left hand…. WOW…

One other thing… isn’t it amazing how he is able to perform this complicated piece lasting 7 minutes and change without hitting a clam? Sometimes I got to wonder if it’s really what we’re hearing? I’ve looked very closely and I can’t tell… maybe you can?
