Thanks for writing to me Roger, and no, haven’t heard this particular ‘uke” version, but I sure do remember this song when I was growing up. You know, not easy to make it to pop radio playing an instrumental let alone become a big hit. That’s what was so cool about the 60’s and a lot of the 70’s… An instrumental could become a hit back then. I can’t think of any instrumentals becoming a pop hit recently, can you?
