Young Jimmy Rosenberg-Kid Gypsy Guitarist Video

This video of young Jimmy Rosenberg is not the highest quality

but does show off what he was capable of as a kid playing Gypsy Guitar.

It was recorded in Holland in a gypsy camp where he lived .

It’s interesting to note how his right hand is very open. Technically holding the pick in a fist is the proper technique for any style of acoustic guitar. I’ve seen other videos of Jimmy holding his pick in a fist but in the same performance, resorting back to all open. Seems he’s okay for going both ways.
