Eric Clapton: Key to the Highway- Acoustic but Not Unplugged

Who’s the rocket scientist that came up with the “Unplugged” tag for any rocker that plays an acoustic guitar?

Think about it… acoustic yes, but unplugged…?

You can see the hose commin’ out of Eric’s guitar…

There is a mic though on the guitar, but was that necessary….maybe just a prop for the “unplugged theme” cause the sound is mostly the pickup.

Now to Eric…. (sorry folks).

There’s a lot of guys that play great blues and sure, Clapton is one of them. But my opinion is- it’s his total package of vocals, guitar and his song writing that make him special. I know a lot of people think he’s one of the best on guitar. What do you think?
