Guyy Lilleyman: Australian Nation Busking Champion

Here is the emerging Australian guitarist Guyy Lilleyman playing live his composition “United” on a 12 string guitar.

This is the bio from his official website:
Guyy is a new face to hit the music scene in 2013. Born in tropical Queensland and raised in Canberra, Guyy began playing guitar from a young age – learning his first chords from his Father and a family friend from his street. Guyy continued learning for 8 years before resigning from his full time job as a 3D animation artist and diving head first into a life of music.

Since kick starting his career Guyy has been hard at work developing his own sound and style, being nominated for several awards already including 2 ARIA’s, recently crowned Australian Nation Busking Champion and winning the 2013 ACT Best Blues, Roots & World artist. Guyy blends a love of Pink Floyd ingenuity with a later found taste for Australian roots & folk. Guyy incorporates an arsenal of effects pedals with his acoustic guitars, being able to switch from soothing acoustic melodies to overdriven tones – merging different elements and styles to create a unique and refreshing sound. Guyy has a passion for connecting with people, pushing the envelope and sharing that journey with everyone.
